Through eight years of successfully owning, operating and being Chef at Garden Kitchen, Chef Coral built a strong bond with each and every guest. Her focus has always been to organically engage directly with her customers. Special pride was always taken to extend an olive branch, find commonality with those who shared a passion for true farm to table cuisine, and find those that had a love of great food, wine and company. To treat each guest as a friend or family member was her ultimate goal. Her vibrant and funny personality make everyone feel appreciated and loved!

Bespoke was born: A true farm to table, intimate private dining experience. Imagine a multi course dinner from the comfort of her Serra Mesa home with warm ambiance and 50 years of combined hospitality between Chef and Maître d’. Envision a 3-4 hour evening that fulfills both her love for hosting and cooking from scratch cuisine that fills your belly and tickles your tastebuds. Bespoke dinners include curated wine pairings from an extensive local San Diego, Baja & international collection, plus many other subtle touches throughout the evening… Come hungry, thirsty and ready to immerse yourself at a communal dinner table with like minded individuals. Stories are told, laughs are heard, and a table full of strangers become friends!
