We’ve made good progress since the last update and are now projecting our opening date to be about three weeks out. Everything inside has been cleaned top to bottom, the stove, oven, exhaust hood and fans were professionally cleaned to remove all the old grime, we purchased a new refrigerator and prep table, replaced light fixtures, refinished our rustic menu board, updated kitchen layout, fixed our bathroom to be accessible to customers and be ADA compliant…
The list goes on. And over the next week we’re hoping to get our patio refinished and have a fence put up which will help finalize our vision for our quaint neighborhood restaurant!
Now it’s time to get down to business and get our employees on board and start talking to suppliers. One thing that has pleasantly surprised us about this process is the amount of support we’ve been receiving, it feels so good to have people be excited for our opening! We look forward to serving you all!

I can’t wait. I am the President of the Rolando Park Community Council. We have a University Avenue Improvement Group working to upgrade our business district. Your restaurant sounds like just the type of thing we would love to have.
Thank you so much for the support Betty! We are working hard and really looking forward to opening up. Look forward to meeting you! – Russ & Coral
