We hope you have been enjoying the lovely San Diego weather as we head towards spring! We’ll see if El Niño shows up in March, but in the meantime we’re looking forward to longer days and more sunshine!
This week we have Gourmet Burger Night on Thursday March 3rd. The menu will include housemade buns, organic grass fed beef patties, vegan & vegetarian patties, french fry chips, ice cream shakes & more!
With Daylight Savings beginning soon, we will be starting a Garden Kitchen Happy Hour on Tuesday, March 15th. Happy Hour will be every day we are open for dinner – Tuesday through Saturday 3pm – 5pm. We will be offering $5 glasses of wine, $5 off bottles of wine, $4 beers, and $3 off appetizers. Dinner service will still begin at 5pm.
For St. Patrick’s Day Weekend – Thursday March 17th through Saturday March 19th – we will have Guinness lamb stew, Cedar Farms corned beef brisket, fish & chips, spring vegetable Colcannon, clover sprout salad, chocolate mint pie, shamrock sangria and much more themed fun! For all the Brunchers out there, our next brunch will be April Fools Weekend. No joke, Sunday April 3rd from 9am – 1pm.
It’s hard to believe that we’re approaching our one year anniversary on May 9th. It has been an amazing year meeting the best customers and Garden Kitchen followers. Throughout the month of May we will be celebrating with special events! We’ll kick off with a themed Cinco de Mayo dinner on Thursday, followed by anniversary dinners on Friday the 6th and Saturday the 7th, and a special Mother’s Day Sunday Brunch. More anniversary events will be announced in the next newsletter.
If you’re planning to dine with us, we recommend you call ahead or make a reservation. Due to our small size it really helps us accommodate more guests and plan the evening to make your experience more enjoyable.
