|2/19 – Sunday, 4pm & 7pm||“Lunch At The Perfect Pan”, Revisited. – This special collaboration Sunday Night Dinner with one of San Diego’s original pioneer chefs, Jack Monaco, will revisit the dining experience made popular in the early 1980’s at The Perfect Pan School of Gourmet Cooking. Before social media and before farm to table and pop up dinners were in vogue, Jack and his coterie of chefs would source from Chino Farms and local butchers for the best local ingredients, and their elegant multi course dinners would sell out months in advance. Jack & Coral will be preparing a special 5 course dinner menu to honor the original spirit of “Lunch at the Perfect Pan”. $100 INCLUDES TAX & TIP, optional wine pairings for $25. RESERVATION REQUIRED. We’ll also have special guest Piret Munger, original owner of The Perfect Pan and Piret’s, which was hailed by Julia Child and where James Beard raved about the steak au poivre.
