Hello Garden Kitchen Friends, It’s hard to believe that our TWO YEAR ANNIVERSARY is right around the corner! So first things first: Thank you for your continued support and patience as we’ve grown to where we are today! To kick off our anniversary month, we’re having our first ever beer pairing dinner on April 30 featuring our good friends at Benchmark Brewing and special guest chef Miguel Valdez, Executive Chef at The Red Door, another great farm to table restaurant here in San Diego. The dinner will feature 6 courses paired with 6 beers, with two seatings, 4PM and 7PM. Price is $100 which includes all food and drink, as well as tax and tip. St. Patrick’s, Vegan Wine Dinner, Benchmark Beer Dinner

We have another fun month ahead of us. This past weekend was our Valle de Guadalupe Wine Dinner with special guest chef Ismene Venegas from El Pinar de 3 Mujeres in Valle de Guadalupe. This was an amazing six course Valle inspired dinner including six Baja wine pairings and featuring organic produce from San Diego's farms, herbs from the mountains of Guadalupe, Baja seafood and more! St. Patrick's Day is now just around the corner, and we will have a themed menu Thursday through Saturday, March 16, 17, 18. Some items you can can expect are corned beef brisket, fresh catch fish & chips, Guinness lamb stew, bangers & mash, vegan shepherds pie, stout brownies & Irish car bomb ice cream. Valentine’s Weekend & Some Can’t Miss Events!

As we head towards our 2nd year anniversary, Garden Kitchen continues to thrive and we’re enjoying every minute of it. Something new that you will start seeing is fresh seafood on Thursdays as well as the standard Fridays & Saturdays. Coral drives to Catalina Offshore each day to pick up the latest, greatest and freshest seafood choices for these weekend menus. Also, March will mark one full year of our Happy Hour, so don’t forget to stop by Tuesday thru Saturday from 3-5pm for $5 wines & sangria, $4 beers & $3 off appetizers! At Garden Kitchen we will be offering a $40, 3 course dinner deal from Tues January 17 - Saturday Jan 21. This offer will be in addition to our typical la carte menu, with specialty item additions and $15 wine pairings. The three courses will include choice of appetizer, soup or salad, choice of entree, and choice of dessert.
