Join us Tuesday January 16th through Saturday January 20th for San Diego Farm To Fork Week, where we will be offering a $40 three course, prix fixe Farm to Table dinner option, in addition to our a la carte menu. The prix fixe includes choice of soup/salad/appetizer, choice of entree, choice of dessert. Our menu is handcrafted from scratch daily using five local San Diego farms. Menu is posted to our website each day by noon. While Farm to Fork itself is a larger movement, the twice yearly Farm to Fork Week here in San Diego is a chance to support local chefs and restaurants that have made a commitment to support local farms and purveyors. December Events, Gift Ideas, New Year’s Eve

Here's hoping you had a great Thanksgiving! As we head into December we have some updates. Our next Sunday Night Wine Dinner is just around the corner on Sunday, December 10th at 5pm. The dinner will feature 7 courses paired with 7 estate wines from Fallbrook Winery. The produce will be sourced through Save Good Food, with much of it being grown in Fallbrook and Vista. With both the wine and produce coming from within 50 miles, this is yet another true farm to table dinner! The price is $100 which INCLUDES tax and tip. Reservations are required, call the restaurant to secure your reservation, as of now there are just a few seats left! Next Wednesday, December 6th will be the next of our monthly “Rainbow Happy Hours”, an event especially for our LGBTQ neighbors, friends & family, but of course all Garden Kitchen supporters are welcome! Upcoming events & some exciting news!

Hello Garden Kitchen Friends. We have a lot to share with you this month. In case you haven’t heard, we are expanding! Our location will remain the same, but our patio will be extended next door and we will add indoor dining options. These additions are still a few months out, but by next spring expect to see some exciting changes! With the extra storage space we also are planning to expand our wine options, so stay tuned. And rest assured, our normal business will not be affected in the meantime. Next week we'll being having our annual Local Lobster Nights on Wednesday Oct 25th & Thursday Oct 26th. We’ll have whole San Diego Spiny Lobsters on the menu, as well as champagne by the glass! Remember, Coral’s father is a commercial lobster fisherman, so this is her favorite event of the year! Whole Fried Fish Night & October Events

We had a great Farm to Fork week, closing out in style with our Agua Dulce Farm and Chuparosa Vineyards Wine Dinner! It was such a treat working with one farm and one winery that have such great local ingredients and wines. We are planning another Farm & Wine Dinner featuring Dickinson Farm and Edwards Vineyard later this fall. Exact date & time to be announced soon. Our whole fried fish is one of the most requested dishes we make, so we will be featuring this on the menu next Tuesday and Wednesday (September 26/27). Staying true to our ideals of sustainability, our fish is sourced from local fisherman via Catalina Offshore. Coral will be picking up the fish on Tuesday & Wednesday mornings based on the freshest catch! We expect a great turnout for this event, so be sure to make your reservations.
