I am proud and excited to announce my first official Bespoke dinner on May 5th with owner/ winemaker Jose Luis Durand of Bodegas Icaro from Valle de Guadalupe!
Start time is 5pm and you can expect several courses of wine and food, discussion and stories with owner/ winemaker Jose Luis Durand, expect to stay 3 hours. Dinner will consist of my true farm to table style, local sourcing and my love for from scratch cooking.
Together, we will make our way through five of his stellar wines, including his famous Icaro. Additional bottles will be available for purchase to-go should you enjoy one you can’t leave without.
Price is $200 per person (cash preferred), gratuity appreciated for maître d’ Holly.
